SEWING COURSES – an overview
Sew Creative courses focus on interactive learning through a relaxed and fun environment. Our class sizes are limited to ensure a hands on learning experience with individual attention. A refreshment break to recharge during each session is included.
To make your booking, complete the enrolment form by going to bookings. As soon we receive your booking, we’ll confirm availability and banking details for your payment which secures your booking.
Private workshops can be tailor-made for group bookings such as birthday parties, team building, kitchen tea (lingerie course perhaps?). Enquire about group bookings here.
Sew Creative is a recognised training facility on the South African National Supplier Database. Skills training programmes are offered for individuals or groups at our premises or yours. SCHEDULED SEWING COURSES
We hope you will visit our website regularly to see what new, fun and interesting courses we have to offer each week and month. Schedules are updated on a weekly basis. You are invited to let us know what you’d like to learn and we’ll do our best to add it to our schedule.
BEGINNERS SEWING COURSES
Designed with the absolute beginner in mind, these courses are the perfect starter.
If you have done a little sewing before and wish to get to grips with the fundamentals and recap, then these are for you, too.
It is best to work on your own sewing machine, but you may book one of ours at no additional cost as the course fee for all of our Beginner Courses & Workshops include the use of one of our sewing machines.
Please be sure to book one on your enrolment form.
You will feel more comfortable purchasing the correct sewing machine once you have an idea of what you need.
If you already have your own sewing machine, please ensure it is in good working condition prior to starting any course. Have it serviced if it hasn’t been used in a while.
Sewing is a fun, creative activity which is easy to learn. We have years of experience, loads of patience and always look forward to sharing our knowledge.

INTERMEDIATE SEWING COURSES
Intermediate Sewing courses are a fun way to enhance your fundamental sewing skills.
Learn new sewing techniques and expand your knowledge.
Work with a wide range of fabrics and patterns.
