Terms & Conditions:                     

Pre bookings are essential.

Bookings can be made online or via email where a booking form will be sent to you via return email.

ALL fields of the booking form must be completed.

Your booking is only confirmed once full payment is received into our bank account.

All payments are to be made via eft direct to our business bank account.

No walk-ins on the evening.

On arrival, you MUST present proof of your confirmed booking to be issued with your welcome drink & meal ticket.

Without your ticket, you will not be able to claim your meal or drink.

All prizes are lucky draw attendance prizes – you must be present to claim the prize.

If the person drawn is not at the venue, their name will be discarded and a new name will be drawn until such time as a person is present to claim the prize.

The organizers’ decision is final and no correspondence will be considered with regard to all prizes.

NO REFUNDS.

NO CANCELLATIONS.

Should you encounter an emergency and no longer able to attend, you need to EMAIL sharon@sewcreative.co.za to advise details of the replacement person for your booking.

Booking name will determine entry – no match = no entry.

NO REPLACEMENTS after 12h00 TUESDAY 2 April.
